The firm behind the work
The name Stratton Brokerage reflects a straightforward promise: there is a named partner behind every engagement, and that partner is accountable for the result. This firm was not built to process volume. It was built to work a limited number of deals with the depth and attention that complex machinery transactions actually require — where the difference between a well-timed private placement and a rushed auction can represent hundreds of thousands of dollars in recovery. Boutique does not mean narrow. Stratton covers the complete production floor — die casting and CNC machining and stamping at the front of the house, and every category of plastics processing and metalworking equipment behind them — because a client with a mixed asset base should not have to split the engagement across three firms. The breadth is real. The roster is deliberately short. What does not change, regardless of asset class or transaction size, is the standard: honest valuations, transparent deal structure, and a network of buyers and sellers developed through years of showing up with real capital and real inventory. No fabricated numbers. No conflict between the appraisal desk and the sales recommendation. No hand-off to a junior associate when the hard conversation needs to happen.
